Position Overview
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager for J-Club to support the implementation of marketing strategies, PR initiatives, and social media campaigns. This role ensures brand consistency while driving engagement and supporting luxury positioning in the market.

What You’ll Do
* Assist in executing marketing plans and overseeing daily marketing operations.
* Develop brand-compliant assets, visual content, and maintain the hotel’s image library.
* Create and manage content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
* Support PR strategy by managing media queries, updating press kits, and organizing events.
* Plan and monitor social media campaigns, coordinate shoots, and prepare monthly reports.
* Activate luxury partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to elevate brand visibility.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Marketing, Advertising, or Media (CIM qualification preferred).
* 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or premium brands.
* Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of social media strategy and digital content development.
