* Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, delivering high-quality service.
* Plan and execute recreational activities and events tailored to guest needs.
* Conduct regular safety checks, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with marketing to promote leisure programs and maximize participation.
Ideal Profile
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or resort environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to innovate guest experiences.
* Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
