Job Overview
The Assistant Marketing Manager will lead and support targeted campaigns to promote Jumeirah Zabeel Saray’s award-winning F and B outlets and Talise Ottoman Spa. This includes collaborating with agencies on digital strategies, managing influencer partnerships, and executing high-impact seasonal promotions. The role calls for creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for luxury hospitality marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase visibility and revenue for F and B and spa offerings
* Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on annual and seasonal campaigns
* Manage online marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, EDMs, and paid campaigns
* Coordinate social media content, influencer outreach, and PR collaborations
* Lead campaign performance reviews and budget optimization
* Organize and execute content production including photography, videos, and branding materials
* Maintain CRM updates and align all activity with brand standards and deadlines
* Monitor competitor trends and recommend improvements based on market research
Reporting & MIS
* Analyze marketing metrics and report on ROI and KPIs
* Maintain and present campaign dashboards and feedback summaries
Governance & Standards
* Ensure all marketing outputs align with Jumeirah’s luxury brand guidelines
* Uphold marketing compliance with legal, brand, and data protection policies
Skills and Experience Required
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or equivalent
* 3-5 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality, F and B, or spa/wellness sectors
* Strong command of social media platforms, digital tools, and analytics systems
* Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus
* Experience in project and event management under tight deadlines
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design software
* CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) certification is an advantage
