Position Overview
Atlantis The Palm is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Operations Manager (Bar) to oversee one of its most iconic beverage venues. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring a world-class guest experience by managing all aspects of bar operations—from mixology excellence and service delivery to team development and financial performance. You’ll work closely with the mixology and service teams to deliver an engaging and luxurious atmosphere that reflects the innovative spirit of Atlantis Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality guest service aligned with brand standards.
* Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team of bartenders, servers, and hosts to deliver exceptional experiences.
* Collaborate with the mixology team to design and execute creative beverage menus.
* Monitor beverage quality, inventory levels, and presentation to maintain excellence and profitability.
* Manage P&L responsibilities, including cost control, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
* Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Drive upselling initiatives and ensure that all promotional strategies are effectively executed.
* Maintain strong interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing bar operations.
* Background in luxury or Mediterranean-style venues is preferred.
* Strong understanding of mixology, premium beverage trends, and guest engagement.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and operational KPIs.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic, results-driven, and passionate about delivering world-class service.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and F&B management systems; POS knowledge preferred.
* Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
