Position Overview
Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking a skilled Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the Beach Operation team, ensuring a premium dining and leisure experience for guests at one of Dubai’s most iconic beachfront properties.
What You’ll Do
* Manage day-to-day beach outlet operations, maintaining Jumeirah’s luxury service standards.
* Create personalized experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
* Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
* Implement strategic plans to optimize revenue and control operational costs.
* Oversee inventory, requisitions, and financial transactions for seamless operations.
* Handle guest complaints professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver smooth service during events and peak periods.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or branded beach club.
* Strong knowledge of beach operations, premium F&B service, and guest relations.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Russian or European languages are a plus.
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and handle high-pressure situations.
