Job Overview
The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the smooth daily operation of beachside F&B services, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, team performance, and profitability. You will act as the primary point of leadership in the outlet manager’s absence and help maintain the resort’s reputation for world-class hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily beachside outlet operations in alignment with Jumeirah standards and SOPs
* Engage with guests to personalize experiences and resolve issues effectively
* Monitor staff rosters, grooming, and shift readiness, ensuring optimal team deployment
* Oversee inventory management, supply procurement, and documentation control
* Analyze budget performance, control labor and costs, and support business growth initiatives
* Coach and develop a multicultural team through training and performance appraisals
Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort or beach club
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or a European language is highly desirable
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a high-paced environment
* Financial competence in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Comfortable working with diverse teams and VIP clientele in a multicultural setting
