Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a 5-star hotel or upscale French/Mediterranean dining venue
* Fluent in English and French
* Demonstrated experience in financial operations including budgeting and expense control
* Ability to lead diverse teams in a high-end service environment
* Passion for hospitality, detail-oriented, and guest-focused personality
