Job Overview
As Assistant Outlet Manager at Kayto, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading service teams, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with the Jumeirah brand. You will act as second-in-command of the outlet, guiding staff, managing inventory and compliance, and stepping up in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily service operations, ensuring consistency with Jumeirah F and B standards
* Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and personalized service
* Support procurement, inventory management, and compliance with financial procedures
* Monitor revenue, labor costs, and other key financial metrics to drive profitability
* Handle staff rostering, performance evaluations, and training to enhance service quality
* Represent the outlet manager when required, addressing escalations and ensuring smooth service continuity
Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury 5-star hotel or premium standalone restaurant
* Strong understanding of Japanese and Peruvian Nikkei cuisine is preferred
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages is an advantage
* Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
