Role Summary
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to join its F and B Service team. The role is responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, supporting the Outlet Manager in driving profitability, and ensuring the highest service standards are consistently delivered to guests.

What You’ll Do
* Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with service standards and guest satisfaction.
* Support the Outlet Manager in growing business, optimizing profitability, and enhancing market share.
* Interact with guests to personalize experiences, build relationships, and establish a loyal client base.
* Conduct routine inventories, order supplies, and safeguard cash in line with company policies.
* Oversee cashiering processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
* Monitor budgetary requirements, highlight variances, and manage expenses to meet targets.
* Assist in preparing annual business plans and forecasts.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize outlet profitability.
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
* Strong F and B operations background with proven leadership skills.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional international language is an advantage.
* Strong financial understanding with knowledge of budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization.
