Job Overview
As Assistant Outlet Manager at Kayto, you will help lead day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring an exceptional standard of service, brand consistency, and team productivity. You will also support the Outlet Manager with financial planning, guest satisfaction, and team training—all while delivering a world-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring SOP compliance and five-star service delivery
* Manage guest relations and maintain detailed guest profiles for personalized service
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability
* Supervise staff scheduling, grooming standards, and team morale
* Handle operational duties in the Outlet Manager’s absence, including guest issue resolution
