Position Overview
Jumeirah Al Qasr, part of the iconic Madinat Jumeirah Resort in Dubai, is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for Pierchic, one of the region’s most renowned dining destinations. This role is ideal for a passionate F&B leader committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field
Experience: 2+ years in luxury dining or fine-dining restaurants within a 5-star property
What You’ll Do
* Lead daily operations of Pierchic, ensuring seamless service and compliance with Jumeirah standards
* Deliver personalized guest experiences and resolve service escalations effectively
* Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, cost control, and upselling initiatives
* Oversee team performance through training, coaching, and engagement activities
* Manage inventory, procurement, and cashiering to maintain operational efficiency
* Collaborate with senior management to enhance outlet profitability and brand positioning
Ideal Profile
* Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine-dining environment
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English and Italian preferred
* Proven ability to lead diverse teams and maintain high service standards
