Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager for Private Dining operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving revenue performance for one of Dubai’s most prestigious luxury destinations.
What You’ll Do
* Lead daily outlet operations, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah brand standards.
* Deliver personalized guest experiences and maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Manage and mentor a multicultural team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Drive outlet profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and revenue optimization.
* Oversee inventory management, requisitions, and cashiering operations.
* Implement training programs to enhance service and product knowledge.
* Handle guest concerns effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of private dining operations and guest experience management.
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills (Russian or European) are desirable.
* Financial expertise with hands-on experience in budgeting and cost control.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
