Position Overview
Jumeirah Al Naseem is looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the operations of Rockfish, one of Dubai’s premium dining destinations. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and an ability to deliver world-class dining experiences that reflect Jumeirah’s luxury hospitality standards.
What You’ll Do
* Manage day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with brand standards.
* Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences and anticipate their needs.
* Drive outlet performance by implementing revenue optimization strategies and maintaining cost control.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a multicultural team to achieve high performance.
* Monitor inventory, manage requisitions, and oversee cashiering functions for smooth operations.
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain exceptional service levels.
* Collaborate with senior management on promotional activities and seasonal initiatives to enhance guest engagement.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Assistant Outlet Manager role within a 5-star luxury property or high-end restaurant.
* Strong F&B background with knowledge of Italian or Mediterranean cuisines preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is essential, with Russian or European language skills advantageous.
* Good financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting and cost control.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while maintaining attention to detail.
