* High school diploma with 4 years experience in food and beverage operations
OR
* Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years experience
* Proven experience in restaurant or hotel management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
