The Assistant Restaurant Manager role supports exceptional dining experiences by leading service teams, maintaining luxury standards, and ensuring refined, consistent service from the first welcome to the final farewell within a premium hospitality environment in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day restaurant operations and step in for the Restaurant Manager when required
* Lead from the floor to deliver polished, consistent service across all service periods
* Ensure all service moments align with IHG brand standards and outlet service philosophy
* Supervise, coach, and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences
* Conduct engaging shift briefings highlighting VIPs, special occasions, and daily priorities
* Maintain strong floor presence, engaging with guests and handling feedback professionally
* Drive Guest Love results and manage service recovery seamlessly
* Oversee cleanliness, safety, and presentation to luxury standards at all times
* Support stock control, ordering, and cost management within approved budgets
* Drive upselling initiatives, team incentives, and outlet performance
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible business standards
* Support sustainability initiatives and IHG Green Engage practices
* Take on ad-hoc operational duties to ensure flawless service delivery
Ideal Profile
* Previous supervisory experience in an à la carte restaurant within a luxury hotel environment
* Confident, hands-on leadership style with strong communication and people skills
* Solid understanding of service operations, guest experience, and basic financial controls
* Ability to review service and sales performance and contribute to P and L discussions
* Physically fit to remain on the floor for extended periods
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Full compliance with local food safety and alcohol service regulations
* Warm, polished, and approachable manner
