Associate Director – Global Brand Communications and PR Dubai

Position Overview
Jumeirah Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Global Brand Communications and PR to lead innovative global campaigns, strengthen brand reputation, and manage strategic media relations across international markets.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement integrated communications and PR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance global brand positioning.
* Manage communications agencies and ensure ROI-driven performance across key campaigns.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with global luxury, lifestyle, and travel media networks.
* Oversee analytics tools such as Launch Metrics to monitor coverage, influencer engagement, and competitor trends.
* Collaborate with property-level PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across all Jumeirah hotels and experiences.
* Drive influencer partnerships and global award submissions to elevate brand recognition.
* Support crisis communication planning and onboarding of high-potential talent within the communications team.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or similar.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in brand communications and PR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Proven success with luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
* Strong media relations and ability to craft compelling narratives for high-end audiences.
* Experience in both agency and in-house roles is highly desirable.
