Job Overview
As Associate Director of Finance, you will support the Director of Finance in overseeing all aspects of financial operations at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. You will lead strategic financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance, drive performance through KPIs, and manage finance functions to align with Jumeirah’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in strategic financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis
* Lead income audit, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and GL processes
* Collaborate with the Finance Centre of Excellence for process optimization
* Implement and maintain robust internal controls and ensure audit readiness
* Provide financial leadership and insights during DOF absence or business reviews
* Coordinate with department heads to align budgetary decisions and cost control
* Act as a liaison between hotel operations and ownership on financial matters

Job Requirements

* ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent international accounting qualification
* Minimum 5 years’ progressive hotel finance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role within the GCC
* Proven ability to manage financial systems, hotel-specific platforms, and compliance frameworks
* Expertise in budgeting, cash flow analysis, forecasting, and KPI monitoring
* Strong communication, reporting, and executive-level stakeholder management skills
* High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail in financial reporting and control
