Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking an accomplished Associate Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing, forecasting, and inventory optimization at Dubai’s newest icon of ultra-luxury lifestyle. * Design and implement revenue management strategies across all segments to maximize room profitability and market share
* Analyze real-time demand, historical data, and competitive pricing trends to forecast occupancy and recommend dynamic pricing adjustments
* Manage distribution and inventory across direct and indirect channels, ensuring optimal availability and rate parity
* Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to senior leadership
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align revenue strategy with business objectives
* Identify new revenue opportunities by analyzing booking patterns, conversion data, and market shifts
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in revenue management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Economics, or a related field
* Advanced Excel skills and deep understanding of RMS, PMS, and channel management platforms
* Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
* Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
