Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
* Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to banquet specifications and guest preferences
* Set up banquet spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and required tableware as per event setup plans
* Clear and reset tables during and after events, maintaining cleanliness and order
* Coordinate with kitchen and event teams to ensure timely food delivery and replenishment
* Address guest inquiries or complaints politely, resolving them promptly
* Follow proper food handling and hygiene standards, complying with health and safety regulations
* Assist with moving furniture, setting up event equipment, and handling logistics as needed

Job Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or banquet setting
* Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel systems preferred
* Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
* Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure during high-volume events
* Good physical stamina and ability to handle event setup tasks
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
* Hospitality background with a passion for events and guest satisfaction
