How does your working day look like …
You'll be in charge of the restaurant reservations
You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time.
You’ll be a role model to other colleagues from the first “Hello” to the final “Take care, see you soon”
You’ll offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
You’ll heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up
You’ll promote the F&B offer
You’ll prepare the bookings and special needs as required
You’ll clean and tidies the outlet and preparation areas after closing
You’ll organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
You’ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel business.
You've have experience in working a nightlife venue
You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good
You’re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
