Bar Supervisor - Food and Beverage Operations - Accor Dubai
Position Overview
Accor Dubai is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bar Supervisor to oversee beverage operations and inventory management in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with experience in bar supervision, cashiering procedures, and team training. You will support operational excellence while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily bar requisitions and food and beverage inventory in line with SOPs
* Conduct and log daily, monthly, and quarterly stock checks of all bar and operating equipment
* Ensure proper cashiering procedures are followed, and handle outlet billing as per policies
* Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and engineering issues promptly using HOTSOS
* Update daily logbooks, submit reports, and maintain records accurately
* Train, mentor, and support new team members through on-the-job coaching
* Enforce hygiene, fire safety, and company standards in all F and B operations
* Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to hotel guidelines
* Maintain a respectful, inclusive work culture by addressing complaints and cultural sensitivities appropriately
* Build guest rapport by answering enquiries professionally and offering recommendations
* Stay knowledgeable about all bar products, cocktails, wines, and signature drinks
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry
* Strong organizational, inventory, and cash handling skills
* Sound knowledge of bar operations, product management, and POS systems
* Proven ability to train, guide, and supervise team members
* Excellent communication and guest service skills
* Familiarity with hotel procedures related to safety, hygiene, and diversity policies
* High level of personal grooming, punctuality, and professionalism
* Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
