We\'re looking for a reliable and energetic Barback to support our bar operations and uphold high service standards that reflect the hotel\'s exceptional reputation.

As a Barback, you will assist the Bartender in day-to-day bar operations by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and efficiently organized. Your behind-the-scenes support will contribute to a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in opening and closing the bar following standard procedures
* Restock liquor, mixers, beer, garnishes, ice, and other bar essentials
* Maintain inventory and ensure availability of glassware and bar tools
* Keep the bar area clean and hygienic by wiping surfaces, removing used glassware, and emptying trash bins
* Ensure proper set-up of the bar before service and re-set for upcoming shifts
* Support Bartenders in serving guests quickly and efficiently during peak hours
* Maintain organization of coolers, shelves, and storage areas
* Adhere to hotel safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Job Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality support role is a plus
* Basic understanding of bar operations and service flow
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Physically fit and able to lift, stock, and transport supplies
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
