Bartender - Beverage & Guest Services
Join SO/ Uptown Dubai, a high-fashion luxury hotel brand redefining the hospitality scene with avant-garde design and vibrant guest experiences. We are hiring an energetic and skilled Bartender to bring flair, creativity, and impeccable service to our bar operations in one of Dubai’s most exciting destinations.

As a Bartender at SO/ Uptown Dubai, you will play a key role in delivering world-class service through your mixology expertise and engaging personality.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including creative cocktails, premium wines, and craft spirits
* Provide personalized and engaging service to guests while maintaining an upscale, fashionable bar environment
* Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Accurately handle POS transactions and process guest payments
* Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
* Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and consistent service
* Take part in regular product knowledge and cocktail training sessions
* Handle guest queries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews
Job Requirements
* 1-2 years of proven experience in bartending, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end bar
* Extensive knowledge of global beverage trends, cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and craft beer
* Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe or local equivalent)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience with POS systems and cash handling
* A team-oriented attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Bartending certification and knowledge of Dubai’s hospitality scene are strong advantages
