Position Overview
Jumeirah Group is hiring a Bartender to join Fika at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, UAE. This role is focused on delivering exceptional bar service in a luxury hospitality environment, preparing high-quality beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences that reflect Jumeirah’s world-class standards.

* Provide professional bar service with personalized attention to guests
* Prepare cocktails and beverages following recipes and quality standards
* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area
* Ensure accurate processing of drink orders and guest transactions
* Support team members in maintaining hygiene and readiness of glassware and equipment
* Promote upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences
* Adhere to responsible service of alcohol and compliance with safety regulations
Ideal Profile
* At least 2 years of bartending or hospitality experience in luxury hotels or restaurants
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
* Ability to work in multicultural teams and deliver service excellence
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Energetic, adaptable, and attentive to detail
