Role Context
The Bartender supports Imperial Services by combining technical beverage preparation with personalized luxury hospitality. The position is responsible for bar readiness, drink consistency, inventory accuracy,
product quality, and creative presentation within a fast-moving guest-service environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes.
* Create visually appealing drinks that reflect luxury-service standards.
* Apply creativity when developing or presenting appropriate beverage options.
* Maintain current knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and other beverages.
* Recommend drinks based on guest preferences.
* Provide attentive and professional service to a diverse international clientele.
* Set up and organize the bar before each service period.
* Monitor beverage, garnish, glassware, and operating-supply levels.
* Maintain accurate bar inventory records.
* Request replenishment before essential items become unavailable.
* Inspect delivered products for quantity, quality, condition, and compliance with standards.
* Report damaged, incorrect, or noncompliant deliveries.
* Follow portion controls and help minimize waste.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the bar and preparation areas.
* Use equipment, glassware, ingredients, and supplies safely.
* Coordinate with service colleagues to ensure accurate and timely orders.
* Manage several guest requests without compromising presentation or quality.
* Follow responsible beverage-service requirements and resort procedures.
* Communicate guest concerns and significant service issues to supervisors.
* Maintain impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
Ideal Profile
* Between 1 and 2 years of experience in a similar bartending position.
* Proven background within an international luxury hotel or comparable venue.
* Previous experience as a Barista or Mixologist is advantageous.
* Club Lounge or other luxury-service experience is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.
* Confident engaging with guests from varied cultural backgrounds.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and careful attention to grooming.
* Able to manage multiple tasks during busy service periods.
* Cooperative team player with a customer-focused approach.
* Creative while remaining consistent with recipes and standards.
