Key Responsibilities
The bartender will manage drink preparation and broader guest-service responsibilities throughout each shift.
* Welcome guests and create an engaging bar experience.

Ideal Profile
The preferred candidate will combine beverage knowledge with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. They should be observant, confident in conversation and careful with every detail, from transaction accuracy to drink quality.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* At least 1 year of related bartending experience.
* No previous supervisory experience required.
* No license or certification specified.
* Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar-service standards.

* Strong guest-engagement and recommendation skills.
* Careful handling of cash and transaction information.
* Ability to maintain an organized bar during busy service.
