* Maintain a clean, organized and fully operational bar.
* Check glassware, tools, ingredients and service equipment.
* Monitor bar supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
* Handle cash and other transactions accurately.
* Protect guest information and company assets.
* Respond promptly to requests beyond the immediate bar counter.
* Build professional relationships with colleagues across the hotel.
* Gather useful local knowledge that can improve guest recommendations.
* Follow responsible beverage-service practices.
* Maintain food-safety and workplace-safety standards.
* Follow company policies and confidentiality requirements.
* Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance.
* Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

* At least 1 year of related bartending experience.
