Position Overview
Atlantis The Royal is seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join the dynamic team at Milos, one of Dubai’s most elegant dining destinations. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and delivering an elevated guest experience, ensuring every drink served reflects the luxury standards of the resort. Working closely with the service and culinary teams, you’ll anticipate guest preferences, maintain immaculate bar presentation, and contribute to creating memorable moments in a world-class environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
* Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and maintained at all times.
* Engage with guests warmly, offering recommendations and tailoring drinks to personal preferences.
* Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
* Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations as per resort and UAE hospitality standards.
* Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, stock usage, and beverage inventory.
* Stay updated on new beverage trends, ingredients, and mixology techniques.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality setting.
* Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 or equivalent certification preferred.
* Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic alternatives.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
* Passion for mixology, creativity, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a polished professional appearance.
