Position Overview
Vignette Collection Dubai is looking for a Bartender to create exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving drinks with style and professionalism. This role requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver service that exceeds expectations in a luxury hotel environment.

Core Duties
* Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
* Prepare, mix, and serve beverages to a consistently high standard.
* Promote and highlight special offers or signature drinks to enhance guest experience.
* Manage bar operations including stock control, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness.
* Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
* Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a bartender or in food and beverage service preferred.
* Ability to lift and move objects up to 23 kg, including bending and kneeling.
* Strong numerical and communication skills with basic reading and writing ability.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Must meet UAE’s legal age requirements for serving alcohol and comply with food safety standards.
* Guest-oriented, energetic, and approachable personality.
