Role Summary
Jumeirah Group in Dubai is looking for a Bell Attendant to join the Front Office team. The role is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing helpful information and recommendations to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.

What You’ll Do

* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.

* Coordinate with the concierge and front office team to meet guest requirements.
* Maintain lobby presence to ensure guests are welcomed and assisted at all times.

Ideal Profile

* Previous experience in a similar guest-facing role within hospitality is an advantage.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Professional appearance with the ability to handle guest interactions politely and discreetly.
* Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
* Physically fit to manage luggage handling duties.
