Position Overview
InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City is hiring a Bell Attendant - Valet Parker to join the concierge team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality guest service from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction meets the brand’s luxury standards.
Core Duties
* Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a warm and professional manner
* Manage the bell desk, lobby, concierge, and driveway areas to ensure they remain clean and organized
* Assist with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room moves following hotel procedures
* Recognize and greet loyalty program members and returning guests by name
* Provide guests with accurate local information, recommendations, and event updates
* Deliver newspapers and other guest requests as per preferences
* Follow safety, security, and cash handling standards
* Park and retrieve guest vehicles carefully in line with valet procedures
* Keep driveway traffic flowing smoothly and maintain the hotel’s premium image
* Assist team members with other duties when required
Candidate Requirements
* Good communication skills to handle guest inquiries and concerns
* Problem-solving ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Basic literacy, numeracy, and computer skills
* Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an upscale hotel in a concierge or similar role
* Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 23 kg
* Valid UAE driving license
