The incumbent will be required to liaise with internal and external customers, display a high level of multitasking & organizational skills. This role will be based in the Head Office and support all Fitness First MENA territories, ensuring the smooth administration of the portfolio, reporting & communication.
Role Overview & Eligibility Criteria:
Good Vibes Fitness First Loyalty App application management
Good Vibes loyalty program growth
Data analysis and preparing comprehensive reports and tracking
Managing calls, appointments and meeting schedules
Coordination with function heads & clubs for execution of delegated initiatives
Excellent communication and listening skills
Confidence in dealing with customers in person and perform under pressure
Efficient in Microsoft Office and email management
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
New ideas and solutions orientated
