We are seeking an experienced Butler to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf in Dubai. This role is central to delivering the personalized and high-level guest service Jumeirah is known for across its luxury hospitality portfolio. The Butler will act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded throughout their stay at our iconic resort.

Job Overview
The Butler will serve as the primary liaison between guests and all departments to ensure seamless service delivery. This guest-facing role involves handling everything from warm welcomes and hotel orientation to assisting with personalized requests, promoting resort offerings, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every step. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for guests and coordinate with all departments to fulfill requests
* Extend professional, courteous, and personalized service at all times
* Welcome and escort guests upon arrival and during their stay

* Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and events
* Upsell restaurants, spa, and hotel facilities to enhance guest experience
* Conduct room orientation and resort show-arounds for visitors and guests
Job Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel
* Background in F and B operations is preferred
* Proficient in English; additional languages such as Russian or other European languages are a plus
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Opera PMS Cloud, HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
