Job Overview
As a Butler in the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Al Naseem, you will serve as the main point of contact for guests, coordinating all service requests with precision and warmth. * Proficient with Opera PMS (Cloud), Microsoft Office, HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills
