Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Butler to provide personalized guest services and ensure a world-class luxury experience. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality standards for VIP and repeat guests.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome and escort guests to their rooms, managing luggage and providing a seamless arrival experience.
* Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and deliver in-suite services to the highest standards.
* Maintain suites according to guest preferences and address maintenance issues promptly.
* Provide concierge-style support, including dining reservations and activity arrangements.
* Deliver in-room dining service with excellent product knowledge and attention to detail.
* Build lasting guest relationships by providing professional, personalized service.
Ideal Profile
* 1–2 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury 5-star property; F&B experience preferred.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages is an advantage.
* Proficient in Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and guest service orientation.
