What You’ll Do
* Greet and escort guests to rooms, assist with luggage, and handle special requests.
* Anticipate guest needs, including those with special requirements, and provide tailored services.
* Arrange amenities, run errands, and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
* Process orders accurately and maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage services.
* Assist with guest registration, cashiering, and administrative tasks as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and operation of the Butler Pantry and Reception Desk, ensuring supplies are fully stocked.
* Address guest complaints promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
