Position Overview
Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, part of the iconic Madinat Jumeirah Resort, is seeking an experienced Butler for night operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, personalized guest services to ensure a luxurious and memorable stay.

Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift
What You’ll Do
* Greet and assist guests upon arrival, escort them to rooms, and handle luggage efficiently.
* Anticipate guest needs and provide bespoke services, ensuring a flawless experience.
* Deliver in-suite dining and butler services with accuracy and elegance.
* Maintain guest rooms and suites to the highest standards, addressing maintenance promptly.
* Provide concierge-style support, catering to VIP and repeat guests.
* Manage guest concerns swiftly and effectively for complete satisfaction.
Ideal Profile
* 1–2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role in a luxury 5-star property.
* Prior experience in F and B service preferred.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages is an advantage.
* Proficient in Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
* Flexibility to work primarily night shifts.
