Position Overview
Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is seeking an experienced Butler Team Leader to lead its butler team and ensure a world-class guest experience. This role focuses on delivering personalized service to VIP guests while managing daily operations and supporting a seamless luxury hospitality experience.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and supervise the butler team, ensuring exceptional and personalized guest service.
* Act as the primary point of contact for VIP and suite guests throughout their stay.
* Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure smooth communication across departments.
* Anticipate guest needs and guide the team to respond promptly and discreetly.
* Provide information on hotel services, dining options, and upsell property offerings.
* Oversee villa orientations and property tours for an engaging and informative experience.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star property.
* Prior experience in F&B service is desirable.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages is a plus.
* Proficient in Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills in a multicultural environment.
