Bella Vita Restaurant, an authentic Italian dining venue in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a professional Arabic-speaking Captain Order / Floor Supervisor. This role focuses on leading the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth dining operations, and delivering outstanding service. What You’ll Do

* Monitor staff schedules, performance, and table assignments

Ideal Profile
* Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
* Proven experience as a Captain Order or Floor Supervisor in a full-service restaurant
* Skilled in team supervision, guest interaction, and conflict resolution
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
* Strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette
* Available for a 24-month contract in Abu Dhabi
