Join a dedicated team of professionals where innovation, teamwork, and quality are at the forefront of every dish. You will be responsible for managing a section of the kitchen, ensuring standards are maintained, and mentoring junior chefs while working closely with the Sous and Head Chefs.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise your assigned kitchen section, ensuring all prep and service meet Accor’s standards
* Maintain stock levels and implement waste control procedures
* Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the highest quality and presentation standards
* Assist in training and guiding junior chefs and apprentices
* Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance
* Participate in daily briefings and contribute ideas for menu improvement and kitchen efficiency
* Deliver consistently high service to both hotel guests and non-residents
Job Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a busy kitchen or hotel environment
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines during peak service hours
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and stock management
* Positive, team-driven attitude with a passion for food and hospitality
* Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities
