As Chef de Partie at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, you will manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a luxury hospitality setting that blends French elegance with tropical ambiance.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise food preparation and service in accordance with hotel standards
* Guide and mentor Demi Chef de Partie and Commis staff
* Ensure accurate and timely requisitioning and rotation of supplies using FIFO system
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your kitchen area
* Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
* Implement hotel policies and procedures consistently within the kitchen
* Enforce high sanitation standards and hygiene practices at all times

Job Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
* Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
* Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced kitchen
* Team-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills
* Relevant culinary diploma or certification preferred
