Core Duties
* Prepare and serve dishes according to hotel recipes and plating standards
* Take ownership of a specific kitchen section, ensuring smooth and efficient
operations
* Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workspace at all times
* Oversee ingredient preparation, cooking, and final presentation of meals
* Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and minimize food waste
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal offerings
* Train, guide, and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury kitchen
* Culinary diploma or equivalent formal training
* Sound knowledge of international cuisine, cooking methods, and food hygiene regulations
* Ability to manage time effectively under pressure and meet quality expectations
* Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
* Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in culinary service
