Role Context
The Cluster Revenue Manager turns demand patterns, booking behaviour and competitor activity into profitable
Key Responsibilities
Commercial ownership covers hotel forecasting, rate positioning, inventory availability and the performance of negotiated business across relevant channels.
* Develop revenue strategies for a portfolio of two or three hotels.
* Translate hotel business plans into measurable pricing and revenue actions.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Optimize room pricing and inventory according to demand, pace and market conditions.
* Use revenue-management tools to support revenue and net-profit growth.
* Participate in business-plan activities designed to achieve hotel revenue targets.
* Coordinate promotions and merchandising opportunities across appropriate channels.
* Allocate room inventory to selected markets at commercially suitable prices.
* Ensure negotiated agreements are loaded and serviced correctly through relevant channels.
* Monitor room-only rates, packages and promotional pricing for competitiveness.
* Control distribution channels to support the Best Rate Guarantee.
* Review weekly revenue, booking and market-performance reports.
* Identify demand trends, booking changes and areas of commercial risk.
* Communicate analysis to Sales, Reservations and Front Office teams.
* Prepare revenue forecasts using current performance and major market developments.
* Participate in weekly strategy meetings and present recommendations.
* Track the outcome of pricing and inventory decisions across the hotel portfolio.
* Recommend corrective actions when revenue performance differs from forecasted targets.
* Maintain effective communication with operational and commercial stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
A bachelor\'s degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Business Management is preferred. Candidates should have at least two years of revenue analytics, pricing strategy or equivalent experience. Two years of reservations-management experience will also be valuable.
Previous Hospitality experience is highly preferred, together with practical knowledge of Opera Property Management System and Opera Sales and Catering. The successful applicant will communicate fluently in English, solve problems confidently and collaborate effectively with several hotel teams. Additional languages are advantageous.
