Position Overview
The Cluster Sales Intern role at InterContinental Dubai Festival City provides hands-on exposure to hotel sales and marketing operations, supporting the Sales and Marketing team while building practical skills in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support daily sales administration and coordination for the Sales and Marketing team
* Learn and apply sales processes through training, office rotations, and established procedures
* Observe and participate in sales activities including sales calls, sales blitzes, and promotions
* Assist with account management by maintaining accurate client profiles in OPERA
* Update client information and notify the Director of Sales of required changes
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across InterContinental Dubai Festival City hotels
* Support relationship-building with prospects and existing clients
* Collaborate with team members to promote effective communication and knowledge sharing
* Post relevant operational updates to support coordinated sales efforts
Ideal Profile
* Currently studying or a recent graduate from a hospitality school or an accredited university
* Flexible, energetic, and proactive with a strong willingness to learn
* Warm, professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of hotel operations and service standards
* Willingness to support events or initiatives beyond regular working hours when required
