Role Summary
InterContinental Dubai Festival City is looking for a Commis 1 to join the culinary team at Anise, the hotel’s signature dining venue. The role involves preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations in a five-star hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare mise-en-place for daily kitchen operations.
* Maintain a hygienic and organized work area.
* Assist with storage pick-ups and kitchen support tasks.
* Communicate politely and professionally with guests and colleagues.
* Report guest feedback or operational issues to supervisors.
* Participate in daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
* Prepare food, beverages, materials, and equipment ahead of service.
* Clean and reset workstations after each shift.
* Follow hotel and departmental policies on safety, hygiene, grooming, and quality.
* Support special projects and related duties as assigned.
Ideal Profile
* Experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant environment.
* Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to delivering food of the highest quality.
