What You’ll Do
* Prepare mise-en-place for daily kitchen operations.
* Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in all food preparation areas.
* Assist with storage pick-ups and organization of supplies.
* Communicate politely and courteously with guests and team members.
* Report guest feedback, challenges, and issues to supervisors.
* Support food preparation and service with efficiency and accuracy.
* Attend and actively participate in briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
* Prepare ingredients, beverages, and equipment ahead of service times.
* Reset and clean the workstation after operations.
* Follow hotel regulations and departmental policies on health, safety, grooming, and quality.
* Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

* Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
