What You Will Be Doing
Prepare, arrange, and serve all food according to the standards set by the Sous Chef
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment at all times
Monitor portion size and presentation before dishes are served
Support breakfast, à la
carte menus, and 24-hour service as required
Follow correct ordering procedures and maintain accurate records of recipes
Assist Chef de Partie in daily duties and preparation work
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth operations
Adhere to hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
Participate in training programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Deliver the 15-Minute Guest Satisfaction Guarantee Service as per IBIS standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Culinary Arts
Creative and passionate about food and customer service
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or relevant hospitality environment
Knowledge of first aid and basic safety procedures
