Holiday Inn and Suites Dubai Festival City is seeking a Commis 1 to join the kitchen team at Sirocco, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant. The role involves preparing dishes, ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations in a five-star hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare mise-en-place for daily kitchen operations.
* Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work area.
* Assist with storage pick-ups and mise-en-place tasks.
* Communicate professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
* Report guest feedback and operational challenges to superiors.
* Participate in daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
* Prepare food, beverages, materials, and equipment in
advance of service.
* Clean and reset work areas after each shift.
* Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
* Work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
* Follow hotel policies and procedures including food safety, grooming, hygiene, and quality standards.
