What You’ll Do
* Prepare daily mise-en-place for smooth kitchen operations.
* Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and a safe working environment.
* Support the team with storage pick-ups and food preparation tasks.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors about challenges and guest feedback.
* Participate in daily briefings, team meetings, and scheduled training.
* Ensure all food preparation meets quality, health, and safety standards.
* Reset and maintain kitchen areas during and after service.
* Carry out special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
Ideal Profile
* Prior experience as a Commis Chef in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to food quality, safety, and presentation standards.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
