We are seeking a dedicated Commis 3 to join the culinary team at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, part of the prestigious Madinat Jumeirah resort in Dubai. This entry-level kitchen role is perfect for aspiring chefs looking to build their career in a world-class hospitality environment while contributing to the delivery of premium dining experiences.

What You’ll Do
* Assist Commis 2 and Commis 1 with day-to-day food preparation and cooking duties in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines
* Prepare ingredients including chopping, mixing, and seasoning under the supervision of senior chefs
* Maintain your assigned workstation, restock supplies, and uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards
* Follow rotation and storage protocols to ensure freshness and reduce waste
* Participate in daily kitchen briefings and maintain clear communication with team members
* Continuously develop culinary skills and support efficient kitchen operations
Ideal Profile
* Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited school
* 1 to 2 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
* Strong understanding of food safety and quality presentation
* Adaptable, team-oriented, and culturally aware
* Willingness to learn and grow in a high-performance culinary environment
