Atlantis The Palm is seeking a motivated and passionate Commis Chef 3 to join the award-winning culinary team at Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and produce high-quality dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, maintaining consistency and portion control.
* Support daily mise en place and ensure all sections are fully prepared before service.
* Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
* Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and minimizing food wastage.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
